2. FAULTY/DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
We hope you receive all goods in perfect condition. However, if due to circumstances outside our control you receive the wrong item or the item is faulty, please notify us at thebigdiscountstore@fgh-uk.com and we will resolve the problem straightaway.
3. ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS
Please note electrical items cannot be returned as unsuitable, unless faulty.
For electrical goods, we offer a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase. Please contact us on 0800 3160511 should a product develop a fault. We will offer to repair the goods and where necessary replace. However, because of the nature of our stock we can not guarantee to replace with identical models.
Please note we do not offer a loan service whilst items are being repaired.

1. UNSUITABLE GOODS

- Offer an exchange or refund for any goods on your order that are not suitable within 30 days after the day on which you received your goods (excluding electrics). You can return items (includes swimwear – plastic strip must be intact), as long as they're 'as new' which means...
- We only accept goods that are complete, unused and in the same condition as purchased with all packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept ladies/mens underwear (excludes bras) unless they are faulty.
- We won't be able to refund or exchange the item until we have received the parcel back and our Returns Department has inspected it. Please note when returning goods to ourselves, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed due to the time lapse on delivery.

- The cost of postage and packaging is to be paid for by you.
- Please send them back by 'recorded delivery' in order that you receive proof of posting from a post office when returning goods to:
