Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day refund for any product that you are not happy with.
To return something you have bought please email us: thebigdiscountstore@otto-uk.com informing us of the reason for the return.
Unsuitable goods
Not applicable on electrical product unless faulty.
You have the right to ask for an exchange or refund for any goods on your order that is not suitable within 30 days after the day on which you received your goods. You can return items (includes swimwear - plastic strip must be intact), as long as they're 'as new', which means...
- Goods must be complete, unused and in the same condition as purchased with all packaging intact.
- The cost of postage and packaging is to be paid for by you.
- We won't be able to refund or exchange the item until we have received the parcel back and our Returns Department has inspected it.
- You must notify us of your intention to return goods at thebigdiscountstore@otto-uk.com before any returns can be accepted.
Items you cannot return include:
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept Ladies/Mens underwear (excludes bras) unless they're faulty. Please send them back by recorded delivery in order that you receive proof of posting from a Post Office when returning goods.
Faulty/Damaged or Incorrect goods
We hope you receive all our goods in perfect condition. However, if due to circumstances outside our control you receive the wrong item or the item is faulty, please notify us at thebigdiscountstore@otto-uk.com and we will resolve the problem straight away.
- If an electrical product becomes faulty within 12 months of purchase, please notify us via email, we will request the item to be sent back to us for inspection and we will reimburse any postage costs incurred. We will then exchange or refund.
- If a product is faulty or damaged please notify us within 7 days from delivery. We will request the item to be sent back to us for inspection and we will reimburse any postage costs incurred.
- If you receive the wrong goods please notify us within 7 days from delivery, we will arrange for collection of the item with our courier company and we will match the direct cost of the delivery charge, so there is no additional cost to you.

- We wil not be able to confirm your refund until the item has been fully inspected by our Returns Department.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
